JFCs during the 2009 Tokyo Conference

SINAG ("akebono" or "yoake" in Japanese) means dawn or daybreak. It is the quarterly publication of the Development Action for Women Network (DAWN), a non-governmental organization devoted to issues concerning migrant Filipino women and their Japanese-Filipino children.
